فندق قديم ، وماجعل الامر سيئا جدا هي موظفة الاستقبال اليسا عندما طلبتها عند مواصفات الغرفة وعرضت علي غرفتين واخترت الطابق الادنى لانهها قالت لي انها بعيده عن الشارع واتفاجأ انها باطلالة على الشارع العام😂 ولما ذهبت اتحدث معها قالت انني لا اعرف جميع الغرف ولو انك موظف بفندق راح تتعلم عن شغلنا . وكانني لم ادفع مقابل الاقامه وكانني لست نزيل. وطاقم التنظيف مزعج جدا بشكل مروع مستحيل تنام الصباح

“Uncomfortable experience”

I recently had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay at the hotel. At check-out, the receptionist asked me for a “voluntary” tip of 25 euros. Although they said it was optional, I felt very pressured. This had never happened to me in any hotel before. As a Hilton Silver member, I expected better treatment. I would not recommend this hotel to future travelers. I hope this practice is reviewed.
