I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Jacque, an amazing driver who always goes above and beyond to look out for us. She is always checking on us, making sure we’re okay, and helping whenever she can. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly make a difference. Thank you, Ms. Jacque, for always looking out for us and making our stay amazing . You are truly appreciated.

“Brilliance just off the strip!”

This hotel continues to show its brilliance in accommodations and services. The landscaping grounds and visual appearance of the property is immaculate. The lobby staff (especially Jay from the bar) was so gracious in helping my 82 year old mother get transportation shuttle service back to the Home 2 Suites( down the street) so she would not have to walk in the 100 plus temperatures. James in the restaurant/bar made our dining experience something we looked forward to each night. James food and drink recommendations were always received and his smile, attention to detail, and desire to make us happy and pleased is why this place is our go to each year. The newly added food menu with steak and shrimp beats anything you can get on the strip and at a better price point! Loved the new tacos as well! Great job Hilton Garden Inn and thank you James for always taking care of us and making us know this is our home away from home!!!!!
