The lobby was clean and very elegant and receptionist was really professional and helpful, elevators was clean but when arrive to my floor hallway had a bad smell

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was perfect — from the service and the incredibly kind and professional staff to the cleanliness and overall comfort of the hotel. We stayed in two rooms as a family of four, with two small children, and we honestly could not have asked for a more comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and well maintained, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. We also appreciated that the hotel kept in touch with us by phone and messages whenever necessary, which made everything very easy and convenient.
The only small disappointment was that I contacted the hotel to arrange a massage, but unfortunately I did not receive a response to that particular message. Apart from that, everything was truly excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

O hotel é excelente e superou as expectativas em infraestrutura. Escolhemos a acomodação pela acessibilidade e fomos muito bem atendidos: há ótimas rampas, elevadores largos e tudo funcionou perfeitamente para a minha sogra, que usa cadeira de rodas. Os quartos são confortáveis, o pequeno-almoço é fantástico e a limpeza de todo o hotel é impecável. Os funcionários prestam um serviço de excelência, sendo sempre muito atenciosos e educados.
O único ponto negativo é a política de acesso ao beach club. O hotel vende o espaço como um grande atrativo, mas ele fica superlotado com público externo e os hóspedes não têm prioridade. Para conseguirmos usar, enfrentamos tempo de espera. O pior momento foi quando minha sogra de 80 anos não pôde acessar a área da piscina ou encontrar um lugar para ficar com a cadeira de rodas devido à lotação. Para um idoso estrangeiro, a barreira do idioma (espanhol) torna essa situação de falta de espaço ainda mais difícil e frustrante. O hotel precisa urgentemente dar preferência de uso a quem está hospedado.
