This was pur second time back to Hilton Mar Caribe and it didnt disappoint! There was something to do every night, multiple activities throughout the day or children and adults. If you have picky eaters, dietary restrictions or severe allergies, this is the place to go with complete peace of mind. Jarlin was absolutely exceptional. He made our entire family feel welcomed, taken care of and ensured we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions to make sure none of the kiddos felt left out.

“5⭐ The best all-inclusive we've stayed at in Mexico!”

We’ve just had the most amazing two weeks at Hilton Mar Caribe, and without a doubt it’s the best all-inclusive hotel we’ve stayed at in Mexico. We were a family of 8, ranging from 5 to 80 years old, and every single one of us had the best time. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay feel luxurious and relaxing, and from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. The hotel itself is beautiful. The décor is stunning, and we had a large sea-view room with a spacious balcony and a gorgeous bathroom with a huge freestanding bath. The only small thing that could have been explained better at check-in is the QR code on the hotel wristband. We initially thought we needed the app, which we struggled to set up with our booking number, so it would have been helpful if someone had pointed out that the QR code gives you access to the daily schedule. Food & Restaurants The restaurants were fantastic, with plenty of choice for adults. Our favourites were the Italian and Asian restaurants, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The only slight downside was that the children's menu was a little limited, but it certainly didn’t spoil the experience. Pools, Activities & Entertainment The gym has a great range of equipment and regular fitness classes. It isn’t huge, but it never felt overcrowded. There are activities running throughout the day. We loved the water aerobics, and the afternoon games at the North Pool were always good fun. Some activities, like aqua aerobics, need booking in advance. The entertainment team—Michelle, David, AJ and Monica (plus two others whose names I sadly can’t remember!)—were brilliant at getting everyone involved without being pushy. Kids Club The Kids Club deserves a special mention. My daughter absolutely loved it and especially loved Mitch, who she said was incredibly kind. The activities were fantastic—bracelet making, arts and crafts, Uno tournaments, pizza making—and she couldn’t wait to go back every day. Excursions We booked two excursions through the hotel. Xplor was incredible and is an absolute must-do. Although my 5-year-old couldn’t go on one of the larger slides, we all completed the 7-line zipline course—including our 80-year-old family member! Exploring the caves was amazing, and the buffet lunch had loads of choice. We also did the Whale Shark excursion, which was genuinely magical. Swimming alongside such incredible animals was unforgettable. The only downside was that it felt quite chaotic, with a lot of boats and people around the whale sharks, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Outstanding Service On our last evening I tripped and bumped my head. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but the hotel’s medical team were already waiting outside the restaurant to check I was okay and give me an ice pack. It was such a thoughtful touch and really summed up how well the staff look after their guests. A special thank you to the amazing pool bar staff—Baak, Marcos, Carlos and Gabriel—who were all incredibly friendly, attentive and kept the drinks flowing with a smile throughout our stay. They really helped make our holiday extra special. Would We Return? Absolutely. This holiday had the perfect mix of relaxation, amazing food and drinks, family activities and exceptional service. We’ve visited Mexico four times before and stayed at other all-inclusive hotels, but Hilton Mar Caribe is by far our favourite. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Mar Caribe for giving us such a wonderful family holiday. We’ll definitely be back! 🌴☀️

“Adrian at Hilton Mar Caribe”

Adrian is amazing. First he taught Boot Camp, which was excellent. He set the room up, explained all of the exercises. Encourage us while we were working out, kept time well. And pushed us to be better. Then an hour later he taught aqua aerobics. He set all the equipment up in the pool, and taught an amazing aqua aerobics class. Would definitely recommend taking any of his classes.
