“It was a filthy mess.”

Nothing. I’m not even kidding

It needs a visit from the board of health. Upon entering we saw immediately the very old cheap furnishings. The light couch was filthy and stained. I wouldn’t even sit on it. The chair was just as filthy. The wall was in DIRE need of fresh paint. The walls were all marked up. The place mats on the table were tattered and needed to be replaced. The pictures on the wall were all crooked. There was a broken vase. The beds were the worst of all! The pillows were disgusting yellow from probably 100’s of people sweating on them. There were crumbs in my sheets and some sort of bug under the comforter. I took pictures of all these things. Booking.com would be smart to severs ties with this place. It was disgusting honestly. This is the first time I’ve ever left a place like that. There was no way you could pay me to stay there

“Cute Apartment but had to many issues”

The location was good. The apartment itself was cute and I love the the privacy bushes.

The apartment was not clean. There was a musty odor walking in. We had to air it out. The couch was dirty. Outlets in the bathroom do not work. With our stay, someone entered our building and left a cup of detergent. Although the gesture was kind, we felt unsafe. I did contact Kevin, there was no response. The WiFi mysteriously went out on a certain hour. The second room from the front door had a sensor light that continously shown into the window throughout the night. There needs to be improvements. We were women on a girls trip. We weren't expecting the Taj mahal but just a clean and safe place to stay. I am a repeat customer. I'm afraid I will not visit this property again.

“I would do a stay here again.”

Clean, IKEA-style decorated place. Very practical, unpretentious, located in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to a pizza place that was open until 2 am.

Only one fork in the drawer was inconvenient. Mobile coverage was poor inside but the wifi did help.

Nice outdoor patio and a nice owner.
