“A little disappointed with room. Took 45 mins to pick us up from port even though I called and she said call back when I”
Close to ports
Construction that wasn’t in description. Room was e tea for corner room and windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Some of the curtains didn’t open and shut. Two hotels together, I would have stayed at the other hotel. Not happy. Description is not trueful to real room.

“It was not the best Hampton Inn that I have used. But the friendly staff makes up for any negative.”
The staff are extra friendly and helpful. A grab rail in the shower was appreciated. Enjoyed the amount of clear window space in the room.
The breakfast was awful.

I like that the hotel was close to the cruise terminal.
I stayed at this Hampton Inn on the 16th and had two very disappointing customer service experiences. I watched the staff greet the couple in front of me politely, but when it was my turn, the employee didn't greet me at all and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive way, as if she didn't want to help me. The next day, a different staff member treated me the same way. It's upsetting to see others receive polite service while I was spoken to rudely both times. hope management addresses this so all guests are treated with respect.
