“Worst mistake ever”

Booked this hotel through Discovery Cove as a package. This was the worst mistake I could have made. The hotel is old, the room was missing the microwave and needs updating. The night receptionist was professional and friendly but knew absolutely nothing about what was included with the package. Going through Discovery Cove should also be avoided, trying to reach their customer service was frustrating. So far this family vacation has gotten off to a very rough start. I contacted Hilton about the room and was told that’s what you booked. I would caution anyone wanting to stay here. And to ice the experience you get to pay for parking.
