They charged me twice and haven’t send the refund.

I was incorrectly charged twice for my stay (about $400 extra). When I first contacted the property through Booking.com messages, I was ignored. After reaching out by text, I was told I had booked two rooms, which was incorrect—I was traveling alone and only booked one room. The explanation kept changing, with different reasons given for the extra charge. Eventually, the staff admitted it was their mistake and said they had processed a refund, but I still have not received it. I’m still trying to recover my money, which has made this a very frustrating experience.
