Housekeeping was terrible and there were multiple fruit flies in our room almost daily.
Service was abysmal across the board other than a few select team members who went above and beyond.
Located conveniently, though overshadowed by other issues.
First room was ADA accessible and not suitable for young kids; overall not satisfactory.
Amenities were good, but lacked some essentials for families.
Too expensive for the quality of service and stay experienced.
Lacked kid appropriate cutlery; overall dining experience was subpar.
Had potential but marred by serious issues and lack of attention to family needs.

Ordered breakfast in my room as was included in my B&b price Turns out it wasn’t if you took it in your room - cost me £46 for an omelette, slice of toast and a coffee!

“Amazing family stay at GSY”
An absolutely wonderful stay at GSY. The staff was the standout, they were incredibly hospitable and acoomodating. We traveled with 2 small children and strollers and when they saw us coming in, they never let us manage the strollers down the small landing solo. The breakfast was to die for, so delicious and amazing quality. The rooms were gorgeous and for London standards I felt they were quite spacious! Lastly the location cannot be beat. We knew based on prior reviews we were in a great location, but not until we actually arrived and started to explore did we realize just how good. We walked to so many attractions and had fun accidentally discovering so many iconic landmarks as well as hidden gems. I will absolutely stay here on my future visits to London!
