I generally like the hotel, the swimming pool, and the sauna.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an additional fee that we were charged during our stay. We were not informed about this fee when we checked in. Instead, we were only told about it at the time of check-out, which came as a complete surprise to us. We were charged 10 euros for one night, including charges for my two young children, who are only 4 and 2 years old. I find it unacceptable that this information was not clearly communicated to us in advance. I believe that all additional charges and hotel policies should be clearly explained to guests at the time of booking or, at the latest, during check-in. Had we been informed about this fee beforehand, we would have been able to make an informed decision. I travel to Milan every summer because my family and I love the city. However, this was the first time I have had such a disappointing experience at a hotel in Milan. I did not expect this level of poor communication and lack of transparency. I kindly ask you to review this matter and provide a clear explanation regarding the charge. I would also appreciate it if you could consider a refund, given that we were not informed about the fee before or during our stay. I look forward to your response and hope that you will take my complaint seriously.
