“A wonderful stay”

This historic luxury hotel is perfectly situated minutes from so many of the sights and shopping which make Milan such an interesting city to explore. Our visit, during a period of record-breaking summer heat in Milan and throughout Europe, was saved by the excellent a/c in our hotel rooms. When we wilted from sightseeing in the heat, we would return to the hotel to relax and cool down in our rooms or the many comfortable sitting areas throughout the beautiful lobby. Service was excellent at all levels, from the desk staff and very helpful concierge team to timely and efficient twice-daily maid service. Buffet breakfast was marvelous, and we enjoyed several lunches and dinners at the two hotel restaurants.

Excellent experience. Hotel was clean and staff was unbelievably friendly. They knew us by name after check-in and every time we came or went they greeted us like we were family. Room was very clean and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. We also really enjoyed their chocolates they routinely left in the evenings. Hotel has a fabulous location. Right next to the local train and steps from fabulous shopping and Duomo. Hotel restaurant was also a treat. Highly recommend and will return.
