I loved everything about this hotel. It was grand indeed, from the kind, reliable and very helpful staff (Shoutout to Shahin and Gina), to the ambience, to the amazing Aqua Di Parma products they had for free for all guests, to the location, to the free drinks at the reception, EVERYTHING was absolutely splendid. Thank you.
