“Wonderful stay — exceptional hospitality from Cerin and Serkan”

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Durmaz Hotel during our family trip to Istanbul. The hotel was comfortable, clean, conveniently located, and made a great base for exploring the city. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality we received from Cerin and Serkan at the front desk. Both were incredibly warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Whether we needed information, recommendations, directions, or assistance with anything at the hotel, they were always approachable and happy to help. Travelling as a family with children can sometimes make things a little more complicated, but Cerin and Serkan made us feel completely at ease. Their kindness and personal attention went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel reception. They didn't simply provide good service — they made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. The entire experience left us with a very positive impression of Grand Durmaz Hotel and of Istanbul itself. A hotel can have a great location and comfortable rooms, but it is the people who truly make a stay memorable. Cerin and Serkan are a tremendous asset to Grand Durmaz Hotel. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul and would absolutely recommend Grand Durmaz to other travellers. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

There honestly wasn't anything significant that we disliked. We had a very positive experience overall and left with wonderful memories of both Grand Durmaz Hotel and Istanbul.
