The Generator Madrid terrace will be accessible starting from March 8th, 2024, operating from 1 pm to 12 am. -GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise. -AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guests under 18 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories. Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception. Charges may be applicable. -AMENITIES: Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided, guests must bring their own. -PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For advance purchase rates and non refundable rates the payment card used for booking must be presented upon check in. PET POLICY: Pets are allowed on request, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg allowed Please note that check-in {for all room type} is {Calle San Bernardo 2, Madrid} Extra beds are available upon request, for an additional charge of 30 EUR per bed, per night. Please note that extra beds are subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 30 per day.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
