The pool/sauna in basement is amazing. Beds are comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and nice. People mention the room size to be small, its not so bad. Go to Tokyo those rooms are small. Haha
The gym could use a couple little things. Its a small space, so not much room to work with. Everything is up and down hill in this city anyway so you get your exercise in.

“Perfekte Lage und gutes Hotel, man muss aber Abstriche machen”
Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage - Fähre, Bus, Tram sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind gut - wir hatten Meerblick. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war zufriedenstellend.
Das Hotel befindet sich mitten auf einer sehr lebhaften Straße, daher war es auch nachts bis 1-2 Uhr noch sehr laut (inklusive lauter Musik auch bei geschlossenem Fenster). Das wussten wir jedoch, da wir das dritte Mal dieses Hotel besuchen. Nichtsdestotrotz war es diesmal lauter als sonst. Zudem waren wir direkt unter dem Restaurant im Dachgeschoss, daher wurde es um Mitternacht rum auch relativ laut bei uns im Zimmer. Die Ausstattung war zwar zufriedenstellend, aber auch in die Jahre gekommen (leistungsschwacher Föhn, knarrendes Bett etc.). Wir haben direkt beim Hotel einen Shuttle-Transfer gebucht und sind mit dem unzufrieden, weil er sich verspätet hat.
