“An unforgettable 10/10 stay.”
Everything about my stay was exceptional. It was my first time staying at the Four Seasons and I was celebrating my birthday, so I was absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to an Executive Room. It was such a thoughtful and exciting surprise, and the room was beautiful, spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. The service was genuinely the best I have ever experienced. Every member of staff I encountered, from the beginning of my stay until the moment I left, was incredibly kind, warm, attentive and personable. I felt genuinely welcomed, valued and celebrated throughout my stay. The attention to detail, cleanliness, hospitality and consistency across every department were outstanding. It was a flawless 10/10 experience and one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life. I will definitely return.
There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the room and cleanliness to the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end.
