“Great Experience at Flemings Mayfair”

I had a short 2-night stay in London and could not be happier that I stayed Flemings Mayfair. I felt welcome/valued by the staff at every turn, and my Deluxe Single room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay, I was able to walk 20-30 minutes to most of places I wanted to go, and the tube was convenient for the places that were farther away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with excellent croissants / yogurt / fruit / meats / cheeses. Other items were available ala carte, but for me it was perfect. I had room service for dinner on the night I arrived, and it was really good - delivered within 30 minutes, perfectly cooked, delicious.

“Fantastic stay”

We chose this lovely boutique hotel as we were also planning to have dinner at Ormer, a Michelin star restaurant housed here. I can't express how delighted we were with our stay. First of all, the Mayfair location is fantastic, close to Green and Hyde Parks and a short walk to Buckingham Palace. We received the warmest welcome, and absolutely adored our suite with it's own courtyard. The floor in the bathroom was heated, such a treat! Dinner at Ormer was stellar, Manettas bar was cozy, and breakfast was spot on! Our stay was perfect! I highly recommend and hope to stay here again when next we are in London.

“Excellent and kind”

My experience at the hotel was excellent. I would like to sincerely thank all the members of the staff for being so kind and caring after I fell on one of the streets of London and fractured my ankle. When I arrived at the hotel, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and I truly appreciated all the assistance and care they gave me during such a difficult and unexpected situation. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Lorena for her exceptional care, kindness, and dedication. She was incredibly attentive to me and went far beyond what was expected to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness meant so much to me. I am truly grateful to the hotel and to every member of the staff for making a difficult experience so much easier. I sincerely appreciate everything you did for me, and I cannot wait for the opportunity to return and stay at your hotel again.
