The location is good, very near to Colosseum 5-7 minutes walk, not far from Fontana de Trivi, near to a number of various shops in the small streets behind. In the same street, there are many restaurants and groceries. Very near to stop 2 of the city tour buses. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The room is very good: space, AC, clean, not far from the elevator. They updated the room for free, without asking. The breakfast: until 10:30 am, very good variety, fresh juices and fruits, very clean place, people are helpful and responsive. Did not have lunch or dinner there. I asked for a bit late check out and they gave me. Cost is fine for staying in Rome, in July, in this area and a very good room & food.
Only one tiny thing; the water in the bathroom from the normal / cold taps is not very strong while the hot water is very strong. An issue everywhere not specific to this hotel is the lack of hand shower ( Shattaf). However there is a Bidet in the room but it is not useful.
