“I don't want to stay at this hotel even at any other location bad experience.”

Communication was horrible. The phone would just ring. This happened even before I arrived. I did not like CUSTOMER SERVICE. ROOM, one of the beds had blood stains. I called FRONT DESK and HOUSEKEEPING NO ANSWER. I had to go downstairs to front desk.
