“A Gem of a hotel”

It's so satisfying when you find the perfect hotel in a perfect location! Before we left on our cruise we spent a night here, within walking distance to the ship terminal and central park. Rooms are small, but very clean attractive and very comfortable! Little things like the cookies in room, free sundaes in the lobby, convenient bar, and outdoor lounge all made out time inviting. It was the two gentlemen who at the desk, Johnny and Brian, who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! Their demeanor made me proud to be a New Yorker.

Lokalizacja (10 minut do Central Parku, 20 minut na Time Square a jednocześnie bardzo cicho w hotelu), czystości, miły i pomocny personel

Mały pokój, małe łóżka

La ubicación, desayuno completo y variado, personal muy atento.

Había reservado hacia mese y me dieron habitación en la 4ª planta, me hubiera gustado más alta.

LA ATENCION DE LA RECEPCIONISTA, NO NOS SENTIMOS BIENVENIDOS, CUANDO LLEGAMOS NI SIQUIERA NOS DIO AGUA, CON MUY MALA ACTITUD. LA ACTITUD DEL GUARDIA QUE ESTA ANTES DE LOS ELEVADORES, CON MALA CARA. MUY CARO PARA LO QUE ES.
