“HORRIBLE”

My experience was horrible with my family. The second we walked into our room we experienced an extreme odor of sewage, water and mildew further investigating our room. We came up upon mold and strange marks and substances around the futon and lounge chair looking at the beds. we found bugs hidden in the sheets, which is extremely unsanitary and disgusting. My family and I were simply looking for a place to rest heads before our trip back home the next day honestly I would’ve rather just slept in the car, but it didn’t help knowing there was astrip club right next to the hotel we were staying in and also the parking lot turned into a hangout for the strippers I give my one night stay a zero and it is completely astonishing to know that something that is supposed to keep a family hole turned out to be a dumpster yard.

“TERRIBLE”

We had booked and paid for a room with 2 beds. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 7:00 PM, our room was still not ready! They told us we could wait 20 minutes while it was being cleaned, but we ended up waiting for an hour, only to be given a 1-bed room because our original room wasn't going to be ready anytime soon. The next morning at 7:30 AM, a lady from the front desk knocked on our door, waking me up to tell us that the room we were in was supposed to be vacant and that we weren't showing up in their system! This was after they had literally given us the keys and everything! And that's leaving aside the fact that the place had absolutely no water pressure—taking a shower was awful, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and the vending machines were completely empty. On top of that, because of the room issue, part of our group of friends had to relocate late at night due to the lack of room space! Honestly, I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the place, but I truly paid for something I never received. Just as they expect us to be on time for check-out, they should honor their own times and requirements to provide a proper and timely check-in! All in all, a really terrible experience.

“Not a good expereince”

If you have a choice between Extended Stay or sleeping in your car, choose your car. Between the hallway noise, treadbare sheets, and an air conditioner that sounded like a blender full of ball bearings and cycled on and off all night, I felt like I was back in the tribal areas of Pakistan. (Actually, my hotel in frontier Pakistan was a good deal quieter.)

Everything was great, I had to wait for a few minutes for them to get the room ready but other than that it was good.

I had to wait for them to make up the bed and get the room ready.
