The hotel operates under a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire property. If guests are found smoking on the premises or smoking odors and residue is detected in the guests’ room, the guest will be charged GBP 250. Valid photo identity card such as passport, government issued national identity card or official photo driving license and valid credit card are required upon check-in for security and payment guarantee reasons. Bookings with 6 or more rooms, whether on the same booking or under the same name or payment method, will be considered a group. All group bookings are nonrefundable and payment will be taken immediately on confirmation. Different policies and additional supplements may apply to group bookings so please contact us for details. A deposit may be required at the property.
