Frühstück war extra zu bezahlen - Preis Leistung aber in Ordnung. Super schönes Frühstück mit allem was mach braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal.

“Total Perfection”

I have stayed in five-star hotels all over the world, yet I have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The thought that has gone into the rooms and facilities is incredible. It felt as though they had quite literally thought of everything a guest could possibly need. Every little touch was perfect and added to the feeling of luxury and comfort throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, modern and beautifully designed. The location is ideal too — only around 10 minutes from the airport, yet just a short walk from the restaurants, bars, shops and historic centre of Palma. Finding faults with this hotel is impossible. It was quite simply perfect, and without question one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

A ducha não tem nenhuma proteção então a cada banho molha toda a casa de banho. Espaço da piscina no rooftop necessitava atenção.
