Customer service only a couple employees provided good customer service.

“my stay was not comfortable for the purpose i went there”

i was upset, the a/c was not cooling, the sink was cracked, and the sliding door was hard to open (very tight) so the purpose i came there for was not fullfiled

The location was good.

Was a little run down compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at in Oregon and other states. Also your maintenance guy was awfully rude to my girlfriend because we had issues with the shower and she couldn’t figure it out turns out it was an easy fix and the guy kept making smart comments towards my gf when she asked to how to operate the shower and he told her “you should practice because you’re the one who needs help with the shower”
