“I’d expect more from 5 star hotel”
I stayed here with my family of 7 for 4 nights and we liked the location. It’s 2 min walk to Taksim square where you can to any sides of the city. Breakfast was very good and all family members loved it. Also we enjoyed spa area and pool. We used hotel’s transportation services to the airport and we were happy with it.
Room itself was on the older side. Bathtub had a crack on the corner and there was a lot of dust in there. Almost like no one ever cleaned bathtub. Water from the shower leaked outside no matter how you take it so it was another inconvenience. After fist day we had no conditioner in both rooms and asked to fill it up but everyday cleaning person forgot to do it. This kind of things are not acceptable for 5 star hotel because why do I have to find out I don’t have shampoo and conditioner when I’m already in shower and I was promised in person that morning it will be fixed? Also reception staff speaks very little English and it’s hard to explain anything to them.
