“Great hotel and location.”
This was a last minute booking and it was quick and a great value! The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great location to Universal Studios as well. The staff was friendly as well.
Nothing, however, if I had to make one suggestion, when we parked, we were directed to the parking garage, vice the parking lot. The garage was dimly lit and hard to maneuver with luggage. I moved our car to the parking lot in the morning, which made check out much easier and I would have preferred that when we first checked in.
