L'accueil du personnel qui fournit un maximum d'informations et est très disponible, L'espace des chambres qui sont des suites spacieuses. L'espace salon permet de se poser en famille. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est toujours souriant, attentionné. Le bar offre une petite restauration de très bonne qualité (sur place ou en chambre).

Malheureusement, personne n'était présentant au desk Disney afin d'acheter nos tickets. Nous avons du faire la fille à l'entré du parc. Le service de bus vers les parcs Disney (fabulous buses) a subit quelques problèmes techniques, toujours solutionnés mais rendant l'arrivée dans le parc un peu aléatoire

“Great experience with strong management”

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is an easy walk to Disney Springs and the outside pool area was great for our family. There is a pool, a hot tub, and a splash pad so our three children ages five, 13, and 14, all something to enjoy. The manager, Zoe is outstanding and was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was great and allowed us to eat quickly before maximizing our day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will return when we are back in the area. They even give out cookies when you check in so our five year-old was sold on the hotel right there! Remember to pick up your two complementary waters from the hotel shop each morning! Definitely the best option in this area for an extremely reasonable price.
