The breakfast was not bad, but options were very limited. I noticed that for all three days of my stay, there were no dates available in the nuts and dry fruits section. Since dates are a staple everywhere in the UAE, it felt really strange not to have them offered at breakfast.

1. The iron in my room was completely faulty. As soon as I turned it on, it tripped the fuse and cut all the electricity to the room. This felt really risky, and I think you should replace these with safe, branded irons. 2. It was really difficult to use my appliances since they aren't from the UAE. It would be a huge help if you could install at least one universal socket or port in the rooms. 3. The towels looked really worn out and overused. Even though I didn't use them myself, they really need to look fresh, white, and clean for the room's aesthetic. 4. The TV setup is pretty outdated. Nobody really wants to watch standard channels anymore, so upgrading to a Smart TV where guests can stream content would be a great improvement. 5. I really didn't like the dotted design on the windows. Looking through it is very straining on the eyes, and a simple, plain tint would look much better. 6. The black metallic rod structure around TV and next to the wardrobe feels totally useless consumes space and doesn't look good at all. To be honest when I saw the pics of the room on booking.com that structure put me off.

Its was our second stay here, as before meticulously clean , great price for connecting rooms including breakfast. Staff was nice, professional, it took time for check in but waiting was okay with cookies the gave and great lobby . Breakfast was good , lots of varieties

Keep in mind pool is extremely cold . Kids and adult pool are freezing, would be nice to keep temp a bit higher because its not a pleasant “cool” its too cold . Washroom had sewage smell , especially if we went out from the room for some time and came back
