The location & the fact they had free breakfast.

Lack of staff, the cleanliness, the lizards entering the rooms and there was no one on staff to remove them until 6-8 hours after it being reported, etc. Fire alarms went off for 20 minutes before someone came & I wouldn't have an issue but there was no fire & staff were confused. Plus it was EXTREMELY loud. Residents had to gather outside because it was louder in the rooms. The bathroom especially the tub was extremely dirty I did not use it. & the microwave had large cracks in it which is a safety hazard. Everything was dirty & dusty with stains including couch & carpet. No exaggeration. I canceled my stay and found elsewhere for less & was an actual upstanding hotel.
