“The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!”

I could only stay at the hotel for 1 night even though I booked it for 4 nights. The pictures on the hotel website do not reflect the actual state of the property. It took me 5 minutes to list 20 items that were broken or unusable. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable with plastic covers and smelly bedsheets. Every item in the bathroom was broken from soap dispenser to the bath tub being blocked. Poorly isolated rooms where you could hear what the ppl next door were up to and noise from the outside. The food served at the restaurant was out of date, we almost got food poisoning, bread was stale. To make matters worse it was a birthday gift to my elderly mother, which was ruined by the terrible experience

Beautiful, clean hotel with an excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast included every morning was delicious and had a great variety of options. One of the best things about this hotel is that it’s close to many of Rome’s most important landmarks, so we were able to visit most of them on foot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
