The location is very central

They gave us room 445 which has no air vent and no window with accees to fresh air. We booked and paid for a standard double room though plus a single standard room which only had a small window. The fans in the rolms were partially broken abd noisy. There was no management available over the whole weekend. They said they were fully booked. So we had to stay at 445 for one night. We got another, better room the next day. After our written complaint we got a refund of 150 Euro out of 202 Euro we paid for one night. The breakfast was good.
