The meal was exceptional.

The cleanliness was not up to standard on the first room that was provided. Carpet was not clean. TV was an old tv. After informing the reception, they moved me to a cleaner, newly renovated room

عدم وجود أحذية للاستخدام داخل الغرفة و دورة المياه وكذلك عدم وجود تنوع يلبي ذائقة النزيل للمكونات المجانيه التي توفر داخل الغرف

I booked for 1 night ,when i arrived to the hotel there is no valet parking you have to park your car ok its fine .. entering the parking there is no security for the entrance you have to contact the security to open the gate after explaing why you want to enter after parking there is no elevator to the ground floor you have to carry your luggage and walk up the stairs after that 1 more escalator for the lobby (its not in the ground floor) the hotel was empty they gave me the last room in the floor imaging passing 20 empty rooms the room was dirty and smells very bad and it has flys ,the ac is not the good at night the room got warm,they trired to fix the ac but its the end of it ,they suggested to transfer room but it was more worse and dirty and the bathroom very dirty and smells bad ,there is ants , the water in the bathroom is yellow its definitely the worst hotel i stayed in for 1 night in dubai
