“Mixed Experience – Good Intentions from Staff but Room Maintenance Fell Short”

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. The location is convenient, but we encountered some frustrating room issues. The carpet was shampooed while we were out, leaving the floor soaking wet. I had to lay down towels myself to try to absorb the water. On top of that, housekeeping never returned to service the room, remake the beds, or take out the trash. We promptly reported the situation to the front desk. The agent, Jennifer, was very polite and did her best to assist us — we really appreciate her efforts. However, the only resolution offered was complimentary breakfast, which didn’t adequately address the wet carpet or the lack of housekeeping service. We actually have an upcoming reservation for next week and hope that by then our experience improves. Thank you to Jennifer for trying, and we’re looking forward to a better stay.

Such a wonderful spot! Check in was amazing, staff were so helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, pool area is gorgeous, bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Will definitely return!
