“The Very Pinnacle of Elite Luxury Hotels!”

I have been fortunate to stay in a fair few luxury hotels around the world such as the Burj al Arab in Dubai (7 star hotel), the one and only Mauritius, Ritz Carlton Orlando to name a few, and I have to say the Corinthia London was on the very top level along with these. We have also stayed in other highly rated London hotels but none of them have had the top level like The Corinthia has had, it is a fantastic hotel for many reasons. The service for a start was absolutely exceptional. The respect, gracefulness and attitude of the staff was a very high standard and truly was for me the standout that I have never seen at a hotel quite like this. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was prepared exceptionally well for us and we felt extremely well cared for with snacks provided after our long travel, and as we were travelling with a 7 week old, they provided a nappy bin, wipes and other things to make the stay with our child all the easier. Me and my wife both enjoyed the biome which is known to be one of the top spas not only in London but in the country the wildmsith product range smelt amazing in the bathrooms. The facilities of the spa were beyond exceptional and over 4 entire floors. The food as well at the Corinthia and in the restaurants was fantastic I recommend the Italian restaurant but even the in room dining was delicious and is brought to you in a very professional manor. From start to finish our stay at the Corinthia truly did make my wife’s 30th birthday a memorable, fun and enjoyable occasion we will always remember. Also the rooms are known to be larger than average for a hotel and I have to say the larger room sizes especially with luggage and a child cot/ pram made the stay all the more spacious and enjoyable. I give the hotel a full 10/10 for the stay.

Sadly the only one slight critcism I could offer was they forgot to call us for the wake up call and called at 6:10am instead of 5:30am ! Thankfully we had other alarms set but I do hope they make sure this doesn’t happen for other guests. Apart from this, the hotel was absolutely phenomenal.

Everything! We were extremely tired after a very long travel day! Everyone was kind and pleasant considering we looked like we had just crawled out of the jungle with no luggage to speak of. They asked if they could take our luggage and we just started laughing. We had a backpack, and a carry-on bag, but they treated us so sweet and that we were the most important people they had waited on all day! I loved that they called me by name each time I entered or exited the building. By the time we arrived at the hotel, I didn't even know my name! It was an amazing place to stay. Close to Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Parliament and Westminter Abbey. It was genuinely a lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay again!

Price for a last minute emergency booking was astronomical! But, it was an amazing place to stay. Especially after spending hour and hours in the airport and taxis.
