“Terrible management”

Terrible management. We'd had to cancel our reservation due to the airline cancelling the flight 5 minutes before take off. I emailed explaining and asked for vouchers for a later date, explaining this was our late honeymoon as the last 2 times we tried to go were cancelled over covid. No reply. I'd have understood if they couldn't do it, but no reply at all? Very poor customer relations, spend your money elsewhere.

“Would recommend, but with caution”

Hotel is close to transportation (tram and metro). The staff was very nice and helpful in resolving all problems, they speak great English. The food selection is great with wide variety. The room met the expectations. They have a luggage room where they let me store my luggage pre-check-in and post-check-out, it was a nice touch. Exists a 0-24 shop inside the hotel that was useful when I had to wake up so early to arrive to a destination.

I didn't like the Ladies Afternoon - I understand the purpose of it and I'd support it, but I believe that it should be less hours as men pay the same as women but receive less service. For that purpose I can't even recommend the place for couples, I can't imagine that if I want to go down to have fun with my partner but I'm being forbidden from it, but I believe for women it can be a great place. I didn't like that to spa I took down my phone and I was alone in one place just reading a book (my phone was facing downwards, basically I took just to see time that I can leave before the L.A.) and the receptionist came there and made a comment about my phone not being able to be there, but when I was next to the pool, some children were jumping in and out of the pool and the mother was recording them and even after watching these actions they decided to not comment that phone out at all, seems like some rules are not going for both ways. I also noticed that in the bathroom the lamp works via motion detector and not by switch, which is "environment friendly" but at the same time super annoying when you try to take a shower and you need to do a full dance before you get any lights back. Before you book, read all small prints.

“Agréable pour deux jours”

La chambre est belle ainsi que la salle de bain. L'espace sauna et la salle de sport sont incroyables.

Le petit déjeuner est moyen et la place de parking pourrait être gratuite
