“Great one day stay in Istanbul”

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. We booked two rooms for our family of four. As Diamond members, our rooms were upgraded - one to a suite and one to a sliver Boshporus view. Both were very much appreciated. We did have to request our keys be granted access to the Executive Lounge (that's not automatic). The lounge was excellent. Breakfast was good, but the view is phenomenal. Just be careful sitting outside as the birds are aggressive if you leave your food unattended. Fitness center was good. Transportation was excellent. It's just a short walk down hill to one of the ferry terminals. The ferries provided some of the best views of the city. For taxis, we used the bitaksi app - very simple. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Istanbul.

Amazing Staff - Excellent Service We stayed at conrad hotel and had dinner at the Monteverdi restaurant the staff was amazing the food also was so good Kenan helped us choosing a great meal as well thank you

Staff has been great throughout our stay. Okon Durman was a attendant at the lounge today and was very nice.

Nicely designed clean rooms and well maintained throughout stay. Very good executive lounge with outdoor seating available - great views during happy hour. Indoor and outdoor pool available plus sauna / steam and spa / massage (booking required). Special mention to the lounge staff and Okon Durmon Hamdrye for excellent customer service.
