“Very good hotel, except tennis courts are chargeable”
This hotel was brilliant. We got the family suite which really helped as a family of 4. Breakfast could do with change in variety as after a week it was repetitive but not too bad as it was a varied spread. Free bottled water was really good and the ability to ask for more. Felt they could have offered this at the pool side too instead of guest having to get it from the gym or from the shops etc or pay for water. The inside and outside pool was amazing for the kids. Plenty of sun loungers. Lifeguards was good. The only downside which I gave it 1 star less was the tennis court is not actually free. Our kids are avid tennis players and I chose the hotel because of the tennis courts. Turns out it belongs to an external company it is it around €100 for an hour. Usually people get an outside coach too. There is also a chargeable Padel court. Our kids just wanted to play tennis but we're not willing to pay. It should state clearly that tennis court is chargeable and not free or not to advertise the tennis court at all as it is not part of the hotel.
