The flexibility, of the staff changing and adjusting my reservation. the dinning and the fact the hospital was in walking distance, right across the street.

“major room updates needed”

Arrived for a couple of days for daughter's college move in. Entire second floor smells very musty. We opened the door of the room and such a potent musty smell that my daughter feels sick. We tolerate for a bit. When ready to settle in for night we go to use the deadbolt that is broken in half and falling of the wall as the screws are stripped alright off wall. Call the front desk and person comes 30 mins later to say yes its broken.and they will call to change room. We decide.to pack up.ourselves and head to front desk. Its now 845pm and we are all tired. We get another room on the same musty floor. This time we open the door to no.musty smell but an intense bleach/chemical odor that again has my daughter feeling sick and eyes water. My other daughter who never complains is also uncomfortable with the smell. We end up spending the rest if the evening researching hotels to go to in the area. We were able to find another hotel and were given refund for the next 2 nights but had to pay for the 1st night. The staff were polite throughout which was nice. Would definitely not recommend this hotel at all!!!! There are many other similar hotels in the area with similar rates maybe slightly more money
