Clayton Hotel Chiswick

Staff are helpful and Pleasent. Location is good.

The car park has no electrical charging point. The room was not clean. Daily cleaning was not done properly. Bathrooms were not clean.

Room size and location of the hotel are good.

Room was good size but bath room lack maintenance, taps and drains were not working properly. I booked for walk in shower which was not there. The lady at check in counter was rude and careless, asking unnecessary questions. Was not polite to guide me for parking my car, which was an extra charge though it was hotel's own parking in the basement. One feels like being ripped off.

I was surprised there wasn't a porter to help me with my luggage, On most occasions, the staff helped me when I needed it, but I also had to call on uber drivers and friends for help. I'm 88 years old and have recently had colon cancer surgery and am under medical orders not to lift anything.
