> I arrived past 5 AM, but I was greeted with such a warm welcome. Due to my own mistake, I had messed up my reservation, but thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, especially Tom, everything was resolved perfectly. Even though there were no vacancies, Tom went above and beyond to find a room for me at a very reasonable rate, even arranging a free cancellation. Unlike those who just pretend to be friendly, Tom’s kindness was truly genuine; when I went out to eat and was wandering around lost outside, he even guided me from afar. Thanks to Tom, my very first visit to Thailand will remain a beautiful, lifelong memory. I hope you all have the good fortune of meeting Tom when you stay at this hotel!
