“Excelente alojamiento!!”

La atención del personal, las comodidades del alojamiento, me hicieron un upgrade y me aloje en el chalet, que tiene comodidades como un departamento. Me dejaron de atención un vino y café. El desayuno es muy bueno. Y la ubicación del alojamiento es optima.

Solo un comentario respecto a la limpieza, me pareció que quizá en alguna oportunidad fue muy superficial y alguna cosita que quedó en el suelo, seguía ahí cuando volvía a la habitación, lo que denotaba que quizá no barrieron o lo hicieron muy por arriba.

We absolutely TREASURED our stay at Casa Balthazar -- I only wish we had been there for more than 2 nights. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious -- and the daily surprise baked good from the family bakery. Our room was so clean and beautiful. And we adored our time in the pool and the use of the water treatment area. Your boutique hotel is such a calming retreat in the middle of a bustling and beautiful city. How is it possible to feel like we're in the country while at the same time have this fun and hilly city to explore right at our fingertips? We hope to return again someday. Thank you also for arranging our Tuk Tuk tour which we loved. Because of our short time in Lisbon, this was a great way to cover a lot of ground and fast (and without quite the same degree of sweat as walking would have involved!). Obrigado!

“Quaint Sanctuary”

This is a little hidden gem in the middle of bustling Lisbon! We really enjoyed our stay - a lovely breakfast in the morning, waking up to spectacular views (castle included) & relaxing by the pool after walking all day!
