Casa Baldovinos

Firstly Sara was an amazing host who we had the brief pleasure of meeting, her responses were always very quick which is very reassuring when you have genuine questions. The apartment looks better than the pictures! Everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen is fully stocked of all cooking equipment and it immediately felt like home. The roof top terrace is absolutely stunning which isn't shown much on the pictures it's huge and loungers provided. The location is also brilliant, we love exploring the narrow streets of Palma and this is right in the middle of it! Everything is in walking distance and we found a nice cafe we went for breakfast most days 2 min walk away. The actual centre is around a 10 min walk away if that, I would definitely stay here again!

Our host, Sara, was very thorough and responsive providing us with detailed information on the house, its amenities and how to use them, area and restaurant recommendations and information. The house was beautifully appointed in the heart of Old Town Palma. It was close to everything and was clean and well cared for. We were a short walk to the beautiful Palma Cathedral, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina, the Bay of Palma and marina and many restaurants and shops. The air conditioning worked fairly well and we were able to access WiFi and use the laundry machine with no issues. Transportation was readily available via bus, taxi or Uber and we were able to navigate the area easily. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and loved the location.

We had an ant problem in the bathrooms and a faint sewer-like smell at times. Construction was going on for more than half our stay. Host did not know/authorize construction and was very apologetic. Prior to Mallorca we were in Crete and Kefalonia Greece paying 1/3 of the cost for those accommodations. In Kefalonia our host provided with water/juice, milk, wine, cheese and ham, cookies, nuts and coffee as a welcome into their home. In Crete the host made home-baked goods, water and juice in the fridge and gift bags for the children. The hosts in Greece set the bar pretty high on what constitutes a fantastic host and great experience. Disappointed that at least water/juice was not included after a long traveling day.

Très bien placé. joli appartement très bien équipé. Bons contacts avec la propriétaire, le fait de pouvoir entreposer les bagages le temps de récupérer l'appartement est un plus!! Merci pour tout. tout était parfait.

peut-être un livret d'accueil avec des renseignements utiles ( sorties, restaurants, boulangerie, ect...) serait le bienvenu à l'arrivée.
