“Unpleasant Experience”

I was two different things by different staff members. Maria said we could park anywhere in the parking lot as long as we had our parking pass on our dashboard. Andres made us move our car and find another parking spot. There is a $100 deposit that they put on your card at the time of checking. There is also a $500 fee for people who smoke in their hotel rooms because this is a non-smoking hotel. Please be aware. The rooftop pool was not clean. There was braiding hair or something floating around in the pool. We had to get out immediately. So it was not a pleasant experience for us.
