“Highly Recommend the Albus Boutique Hotel in Amsterdam”

We stayed at the Albus Boutique Hotel from July 30 to August 2. The staff was awesome, both before and during our stay. Noelia, in reservations, was very helpful in answering emails about the hotel and numerous questions I had. She was always prompt and very cheerful in her responses to me. It's not often that the front desk staff remembers your name and are very outgoing, friendly and helpful. Raymond and Victor were very guest friendly. On numerous ocassions they answered our tourist questions, gave us directions, restaurant suggestions, and obtained taxis for us. The hotel was very conveniently located, within walking distance to a number of attractions. We highly recommend the Albus. We will definitely stay at the Albus again, our next visit to Amsterdam. All three of these individuals are definitely assets to to hotel.

Cannot recommend The Albus Hotel enough, what a wonderful stay. Such a personal touch added to every detail. Not only is the location central and accessible, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of in every aspect of the stay. If you’re searching for a great hotel in Amsterdam, look no further.

Room too small, door didn't close unless you pulled it, housekeeping left door open when they left, housekeeping did not clean well they left the dirty cups in the room, no view, neighborhood a little sketchy.
