I was disappointed with this apartment as it did not meet my expectations. The listing mentions a sofa bed, but I only later noticed in the Important Information that using it requires an extra €20 for bedding. I think this should be made more prominent, as guests would reasonably expect the sofa bed to be ready to use. There is also no cleaning service during the stay, which wasn’t clearly highlighted before booking. Customer service was disappointing, we asked for an extra duvet but were only offered another blanket, and the night staff simply told us to contact the morning staff instead of helping. We also found that the hair dryer was broken. Fortunately, we discovered this in the morning and the morning staff replaced it. However, if we had found out in the evening, we would likely have had to wait until the next morning, as the night staff didn’t seem able to assist with these kinds of issues. The hot water was another issue. After the first person showered, the second only had lukewarm water. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
