The hotel is in a very convenient location and was clean throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. Our triple room was a little narrow—it wasn’t small, just quite long and compact. The room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated
The room didn’t have a refrigerator, which was inconvenient as the weather was very hot and we had to drink warm water. There was also no bin in the bathroom, only one in the main room. When I asked at reception, I was told the hotel provides only one bin per room. I found this unhygienic, as it meant bathroom waste had to go into the same bin used in the bedroom. On the first night, the toilet kept leaking and making noise, which woke me up several times. The next day, reception explained that the flush needed to be pressed firmly to stop the water from running. It would have been helpful if this had been explained when we checked in. I also tend to feel cold when I sleep, even during summer, so I asked if I could have a duvet, as the beds only had sheets. I was told they didn’t have duvets and that there should be blankets in one of the wardrobes. I found them, but they smelled very dusty, as though they hadn’t been taken out or aired since the winter
