El personal es amable, exceptuando a la recepcionista del sábado al medio día. Incluso dejo su lugar de trabajo La habitación es limpia pero el tapete de baño estaba mojado y la puerta de la regadera estaba floja. Por lo demás, alberca, desayuno incluido, todo bien.

The property lost power , they didn’t help at nothing on all , they didn’t had the possibility to relocate on another hotel … not power , not air conditioner, not water … you couldn’t take showers, you couldn’t sleep in suffocate room, the toilet was full of pee & poo about 3 days , you couldn’t charge your cell phone..so , my staying wasn’t nothing fine… was a bad experience in this Balam playa hotel … I won’t be there never again 👎
