The staff were always looking for ways to help you. The mini bar was free and saved going looking for snacks.

That the reception wasn’t at the entrance - they seem to make it work but if you were heading out of the building and wanted to talk to reception - you had to wait for the lift, get out at level reception, wait for lift again and get out at Ground.

Fantanstic botique hotel with "maximum hospitality" concept. Mini bar is free with drinks and snacks, and small dishes and drinks are available free of charge. Room design is superb and has all amneties and comforts. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Friendly and helpful service. Everything about this hotel was just perfect. Even just sitting in the lobby in the evening was a great experience, drinking the best quality tea, and admiring the flowers arrangement and the lobby design. Superb value for money.
