l accueil particulièrement sympathique . l organisation pour notre transfert de l aeroport a l hôtel et retour le lendemain par Sterlin. des petites attention comme l eau, petits gâteaux...

la difficulté pour payer. nous aurions préféré le paiement en ligne en amont. notre PayPal ne fonctionnait pas . nous avons du payer avec nos derniers euros dispos et le lendemain aucun établissement ne prenait la carte bancaire donc difficile. mais rien de grave. nous avons pu arranger le problème avec certes un peu de perte de temps

The studio is nice, very clean and modern. You can check out at whatever time is convenient for you. The host is very responsive if you have a question. There is a mall very close by.

I was very upset with the host because she is very misleading with the studio location. On the ad she wrote calle 6 punta cana but its actually calle 5 Higuey, its 30 minutes from downtown punta cana! I paid 1700 pesos for an uber to get me back to the studio from downtown. I was super upset because i passed by Higuey on my way to Punta Cana, I could have avoided this ride. In regards to the room, it was clean and modern. There are literally no space between the toilet and the shower curtain lol, the shower is very tiny. It was raining while i was there and there was water coming in on the floor but it wasnt anything major, I told the host about it so it will probably be fixed soon. The bed is a very small single bed, i didnt mind because im small but it could be an issue for some people. You have to pay the room in cash. It happen to me in 3 out of 5 of the places i stayed in in rep dom, they dont communicate that clearly in the ad so be aware.
