So it would not have been a 5/5 had it not been for the ANGEL at the front seat names JONATHAN he was kind efficient and cute. I was there during the snow storm and I was about to crash out bc Amtrack kept rescheduling my train but JONATHAN had my back. He gave me apples in the morning, spoke in a kind tone and helped me figure out check out with ease. He is truly a gem THE GEM I daresay Yall do need to fix yall tvs though I could not stream any thing the whole time bc of the signal but JONATHAN HE IS THAT GUY PAY HIM MORE. I have no idea what that man makes but I know in my heart it is not enough Thank you Jonathan
