“Excellent”
This was my second visit. The hotel is fun, the rooms are spacious & comfortable, it’s in an excellent location, crammed full of modern art, plus there’s a pool and spa. The staff are genuinely friendly, kind and helpful - a shout out to ORI and the team on reception and all the breakfast crew.

“Perfect location, perfect detailed touches however very poor service notupto standards when so much”
The suite was over all very nice, comfortable modern some nice detailed touches
We was left waiting after requesting early check in it wasn’t possible. But then we went after the 3pm check in and it still wasn’t ready. We wasn’t alerted when it was at all and had to repeatedly ask staff ourself. Also later on that day early evening I requested a taxi via room phone and the staff had agreed to order me one for the requested time however this wasn’t done and we was late for our dinner reservation by 40 mins and that cut our time short due to high demand at our pre booked venue. This was very poor and very frustrating for the money we paid to stay at this hotel. Gutting to say the least as we adore the place but was very poor service over all.
